Refund policy
We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, however, a return or an exchange request is unavoidable.
We suggest to inspect your package upon arrival. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in package, please contact us immediately, so we can correct any problems.
What is your return policy?
We are pretty reasonable people & we know you are too.
Please notify us with in 14 days of receiving your package and we will happily provide an exchange or refund for items purchased at regular price from Uniquely U Styles. Returned items MUST be in brand new condition & have tags still attached (please don’t wear, wash, smoke in/near, let your cat sleep on, or ponder for several weeks, goods that you’d like to send back to us. Like we said, we’re pretty cool folks & we know you are too! Thanks for being you!).
What happens if I have a damaged item?
Please accept our apologies! Please reach out to us with images of the damaged item, as well as the date (or approximate date) of purchase. We’ll reach out to our suppliers & ensure you’re taken care of!
**Uniquely U Styles is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
**Please note, for hygienic reasons, undergarments, leggings & earrings are final sale (we wouldn’t want these after someone else has tried them so we presume you wouldn’t either).**
**Items purchased at a discount & special ordered items are final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged.**
*Christmas exchanges will be considered until January 15, and thereafter Christmas gifts are final sale.

**Please wait until we have confirmed your return prior to shipping items back to our store. We appreciate your enthusiasm in getting your goods shipped back to us! But we do need a bit of time to make arrangements with our team & couriers to receive your package. Once we do, we’ll be ready with our arms open to receive your returned goods!
**Unauthorized returns will be subject to a $25 restocking fee. If you choose store credit, it will never expire.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please return through your local post office to avoid tax. Any lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer, so be sure to keep a record of your tracking number as a reference. Please note that we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear back on your credit card.
We will always process every part of your return as speedily as we can.
Returns are the worst part of shopping online. How do I make sure I get the best fit to begin with and avoid returns as much as possible?
We LOVE this question...for real! We want you to LOVE everything you get from us! Rather than going through the time, cost & hassle of trying different sizes & returning over and over again, let’s do our best to get it right the first time! We’ll look at your previous purchases, measure garments, try items on, & do pretty much whatever it takes to get it right the first time!
Can I try on before I buy?
Of course you can! We have a brick and mortar store located at 5001 50th ave Vermilion, AB so please feel free to come down and see us! We LOVE chatting and helping ladies in-store!
