Could you please tell me about shipping?

We’d love to! We ship via Canada Post because they ship to most addresses & their rates tend to be more affordable. Shipping Canada-wide is $15.

We are currently offering free delivery on orders over $150 within Vermilion! Hooray! Shipping for orders under $150 within Vermilion is $10. We also have an option for local pickup if you so chose.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

All packages are thoroughly inspected to ensure your purchase is shipped to you in excellent condition! Uniquely U Styles is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.


Do you ship internationally?

Definitely! We are happy to ship internationally! International customers are responsible for all shipping, handling & duty charges, including those associated with returns.

Please note, we do not recommend selecting ‘Small Packet International Surface’ or ‘Small Packet USA - Air’ shipping method. Although these are the most cost-effective shipping methods, they are not tracked or insured services & orders can take up to three months to arrive.

Do you have local Pickup?

We have local pickup available at our store in Vermilion, AB. Choose the Local Pickup option at checkout and we will email you within 3-5 business days to let you know your order is ready for pickup. 

Our Local Pickup hours are:

Monday - Friday: 9:30am to 5:30pm

Saturday: 9:30am to 4:30pm

We are located at 5001 50th Ave Vermilion, AB 

 

Unclaimed Packages

If delivery is refused by the recipient or the package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless the package is returned to us. If/when the package does to return to our store, the order will be refunded in the form of store credit less the shipping costs.
